If goods are faulty, please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please return the goods within 28 days for a full refund. We will pay postage both ways if the goods are faulty.
If the goods are not what you wanted and you would like to return them, please notify us by email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods and send them back within 28 days in original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition for a full refund. You will be liable for postage costs both ways.
We try to make sure all goods are represented as accurately as possible in the descriptions and photos but as many of the items are hand-made or hand-painted, they are individual and therefore each one is slightly different. If you have a special request about a specific item then please write this in the order notes box at the check-out. We will try to accommodate individual requests but please note this may not always be possible.
These are calculated on size and weight of the goods. Small items are sent via Royal Mail and will take 2-3 working days to arrive. The cost for postage and packing for small items under 2kgs is 3.95. Larger items or those over 2kgs such as rugs and multiple goods in one order will be delivered by courier. These will cost 6.95. For courier delivery, please ensure you provide an address where someone will be available during normal office hours to receive the parcel. We aim to dispatch the items within 24 hours but at busy times, please allow longer for delivery. We will group together multiple items and send them the cheapest way possible. Payment will be calculated at the check-out.
These delivery charges are valid for England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands). If you live outside of these areas, please email us for delivery charges firstname.lastname@example.org
